Q: What is a Pre-order Item?
In an effort to help customers be the first to get a predicted bestseller, some items are listed on the site before we we receive the actual merchandise. These items will have the word "PREORDER" appended to the style number and a "PREORDER" banner spanning across the bottom of the style's image.
Typically this merchandise takes anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks to arrive. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee that there will be enough merchandise to fill all of the orders, but it acts as a reservation to help ensure fulfillment of a hot item.
Once the goods arrive and an order is filled the merchandise will be automatically shipped out using the same payment method and shipping method selected on the original order.

Yes, we are a one-stop wholesale fashion solution provider for apparel retailers. For your convenience we manufacture styles in-house, as well as supplement our lines with pieces from domestic and international manufacturers. By having a diverse mixture we can meet all of your retailing needs.

The culture of fast-fashion necessitates that we focus on hot selling items and get them to our clients as quickly as possible. Each hot selling item is available to direct orders, other customer reps, and sister websites, all drawing from the same desirable inventory. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will place your orders in a timely manner to ensure that you receive your desired styles.
Q: Do you ship out on the same day?
If orders are placed by 12 Noon (PST), we are typically able to ship your order the same afternoon; meaning you get your merchandise as soon as possible. However, the day you place your order does not count as a UPS shipping day, so please let your client rep know if you need to expedite your package.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
We offer several shipping methods to ensure that you get your order timely.
Ground, 2nd Day, 3 Day, and Next Day Air shipping options are available. The rate is based on the size and weight of your packaged merchandise.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, and international orders are shipped via the United States Parcel Service.

As much as we’d love to meet you, we do not have a showroom. Since we are solely an e-commerce provider, we want to focus on offering you the best quality styles daily. With several online marketplaces, our merchandise moves quicker than a showroom may allow.

Yes, we do accept international orders. We simply require a copy of the front and back of the credit card as well as your passport; the name on both should match. We want to protect your identity and prevent fraud whenever we can.
