If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items for store credit (except for items bought on sale, Bodysuits, and Leotards). Returns are accepted with a Return Authorization only. All return packages attempted to be delivered without a Return Authorization number will be declined and shipped back to the sender. In order to receive an authorization number, please call us or send an email to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery with the following information:
The merchandise must be unworn and be
accompanied by the Return Authorization number. In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or
returned orders due to client error are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight
Merchandise exchange or store credit only. 5th Culture will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER the aforementioned indicated dates.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your account after the returned goods are processed. Return Credit availability will be notified via account email. Available store credit will be applied to your next order automatically upon processing.
